Through facilitating and creating an environment conducive for organic and bio-dynamic farmers to increase their capacity to grow food that provides a health value and eating experience desired by consumers.

Creating awareness for consumers and the food service industry of the state-wide organic and bio-dynamic farming community and how they can participate in this food chain.
